Anna brings fifteen years of experience in designing and facilitating strategy, capacity building, collaborative learning, program design and evaluation, implementation, and large-scale systems change initiatives. Her clients come from a variety of fields and organizations of all sizes, ranging from community-based non-profits to internationally dispersed teams and systems. Anna has domain expertise in behavioral health, having focused on supporting public systems to implement person-centered, recovery-oriented approaches led by individuals with lived experience. She is particularly focused on initiatives that integrate implementation science and participatory change methods. Anna supports organizational teams as they navigate complexity and implement approaches that prioritize the voices of those closest to the challenges at hand.


  • Designed and implemented 100+ facilitative capacity-building learning experiences (Liberating Structures), ranging from two hours to multi-day and multi-month engagements
  • Designed and facilitated qualitative data gathering and analysis efforts for multi-region community health needs assessment
  • Designed and conducted participatory processes and authored learning histories for a variety of philanthropic entities
  • Conducted program evaluation for multi-site program implementation and organizational change grant
  • Facilitated multi-scale stakeholder engagements to design and deliver a variety of learning collaboratives aimed at complex systems change
  • Managed a cross-disciplinary team implementing large-scale systems change initiatives across a variety of multi-year projects
